Is there a free plan?
No. Free plans are how other platforms pull you in before the upgrade walls. You get a 14-day free trial: set everything up and send tests without a card, then add a card (still free) to send to your list.
What counts as an email?
Each recipient Amazon SES accepts, including transactional email. Test sends to your own verified addresses are free. We never send to suppressed or rejected addresses, so we never bill for them.
Do I need an AWS account or any technical setup?
No. We run the delivery. You connect your domain, usually in one click through your DNS provider. Otherwise we show you exactly which records to add, with copy buttons.
What if I go over my budget?
You set a hard monthly spend cap. When you hit it, broadcasts and sequences pause instead of running up a bill. Password resets and receipts keep going so your app doesn't break. We email you at 80% and 100%.
Where are the templates?
There's no gallery of 400 templates you'll never use. Your AI designs in your brand through our MCP, Ask NoBS does it in the app, and a simple block editor covers the rest. Every email is checked for dark mode, size and a working unsubscribe.
What does "design partner" commit me to?
Using the product for real, and telling us what's wrong with it. That's it. You can leave whenever you like.
