Pilot privacy notice
Plain English, no BS. This covers the website and the design-partner pilot signup. The No Bull Send product has its own privacy policy and data-processing agreement, which you'll see when your account is set up.

Who we are
No Bull Send (nobullsend.com), operated by [legal entity name, registered address], is the controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: privacy@nobullsend.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the pilot form: your name, email, brand, website, the kind of sender you are, where you send today, rough list size and sending frequency, your domain and DNS provider, which AI tools you use, and anything you write in the feedback box.
- Your three confirmations (feedback, acceptable use and this notice), with the time you gave them.
- Technical details: your browser's user-agent, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, to stop automated signups.
The site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. If you leave the form halfway, your answers are saved in your own browser only so you can pick up where you left off. If our bot check is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a privacy-preserving challenge.
Why we use it
- To set up your No Bull Send account and safety limits, and invite you to the pilot (steps you ask us to take before an agreement).
- To contact you about the pilot and ask for feedback (our legitimate interest in running the pilot, which is the reason you joined).
- To prevent abuse and spam signups (our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe).
We don't sell your data, rent it or add you to anyone's marketing list.
Who handles it
Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and served through Cloudflare, which acts as our processor. Only the No Bull Send team can see them.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, your signup details move into your account and follow the product's privacy policy. If you don't, we delete your signup 12 months after you submitted it, or sooner if you ask. Hashed IP records used for rate limiting are deleted after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@nobullsend.com. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
